Registration/Release Form
All students must provide a completed 2010 ABC GymKids Registration/Release Form on the first day of class in order for your child to participate. Be sure to also download and review our GymKids Guidelines & Makeup Policies:

Create-a-Class:
These 50 minute time slots are available for any group of 6 - 10 children that fall within the prescribed age groups. Your tuition will be prorated according to your start date and the above mentioned end date for the session. Students will participate in the progressive Gym Kids program, specifically tailored to your start date and age group. Contact Stephanie at 347.622.1009 or

Playgroups:
Must have at least 6 children, no more than 15. Mixed ages are welcomed and appropriate. Adult supervision of children is required. Children will enjoy spending time exploring our brightly colored, clean, soft, age appropriate equipment with bubbles, stamps and parachute games upon departure. "Playgroups" are done in 2 hour time increments and the cost is 20$ per child - $35 for two siblings, $50 for three siblings - payable on site, in cash or by check only.
