Fill it out, read it, sign it, & bring it on the 1st day of class.

NOTE: Only students who provide a signed Registration/Release form on the first day of class will be allowed to participate.

First, Last, and No Class dates for current session are listed in the class schedule.


10% sibling discounts and 10% 2x/week discounts, if applicable, will be refunded upon receipt of full payment through PayPal.
